Michelle’s journey with Lehner Shope Wealth Group began in 2016, marking the start of her venture into the realm of finance. Despite her initial foray into this intricate field, Michelle swiftly ascended the ranks, leveraging her extensive 20+ years of business and marketing expertise to emerge as the Operations Director. Originally hailing from Louisiana, Michelle’s diverse experiences have led her to call Northwest Ohio home for the past 15 years.

Educationally accomplished, Michelle graduated from Shaler High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and continued her academic pursuits to earn both an Associate’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Her thirst for knowledge didn’t stop there; she furthered her education with a Master of Science in Online Marketing and Graphic Design, showcasing her commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends.

Michelle is not just a seasoned professional but also an effective communicator with an advanced proficiency in computers. Her adeptness in navigating new technologies positions her as the go-to person for any computer-related inquiries at Lehner Shope. Since assuming the role of Operations Director, Michelle has seamlessly integrated her organizational prowess and initiated impactful online social media marketing campaigns.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Michelle is a dedicated mother to two remarkable boys, managing a schedule as dynamic as her own. Her commitment extends beyond the workplace as she actively volunteers for JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) and DYS (Diabetes Youth Services) in support of her oldest, who is diabetic. In moments of leisure, Michelle treasures quality time with her family and friends. Whether engrossed in a good read, pursuing her passion for crocheting, or exploring the latest technologies on the market, Michelle embraces a well-rounded approach to life.
