Amy Less Shope is a Managing Partner at the Lehner Shope Wealth Group. Lehner Shope offers boutique financial services with locations in Canfield, Canton and Perrysburg. Amy has been advising clients in Northeast Ohio for over 25 years since graduating from Kent State University and starting her career. Amy is series 7 and 66 registered and also has Life, Health and Annuity Insurance licenses. She takes a holistic, planning approach to discover her client’s goals and passions. She spends her days doing what she loves most which is meeting with clients, building and deepening relationships while providing the exceptional service that Lehner Shope strives to achieve.
Amy has a passion for empowering women and since opening the Canfield location she has started her “Women’s Power Lunch” series where like-minded women are able to connect, network and collaborate. Every month a new female Entrepreneur is spotlighted and shares their story. This has become a favorite event for local women and business owners. Amy has also developed a spin off workshop series entitled Health & Wealth: Invest in Yourself. Another passion of Amy’s is the area of special needs planning. For more than 10 years Amy has been actively involved in the Autism community. She previously served on the board of the Autism Society of Mahoning Valley and she currently serves on the Advisory Board of Spectrum Education Center at Mount Union University. Amy also recently formed a 501c3 Non-Profit with her husband called Dylan’s House. Dylan’s House is focused on raising funding and awareness to improve and enrich the lives of young adults with autism. Amy sits on the board of Project MKC and is a member of the Strategic Advisory Council of her Broker Dealer, The Strategic Financial Alliance.
Amy currently resides in Canfield with her husband Kevin and daughter Anderson who attends Bowling Green State University. Amy and Kevin have a grown son, Dylan, who is on the autism spectrum and is enjoying life in his new home supported by the Purple Cat. Amy loves to spend her free time working out, enjoying her children and spending time at her lake house in Geneva on the Lake.
